Functional Assignments. The Operational Area Emergency Plan shall include the functions assigned to the mutual aid organizations, COUNTY agencies/departments and SUBDIVISIONS, and it shall be the responsibility of the agency/department heads and SUBDIVISIONS to appoint coordinators who shall report to the Emergency Operations Center and carry out the assigned duties as appropriate.
