Function Groups. 2.1 Explanation of Function Groups The proposed fixed and mobile plant classes recognise both the specialised skills required for the operations of each of the main items of plant in use in the extractive industries and place higher value on the flexibility of operations which accompanies multi-skilling across the range of these main items. The broad skill groups have been determined as:
1. FIXED PLANT GROUP
(a) Fixed Plant Processing This group includes all plant process work which would involve crushers, feeders, conveyors washers, mixers etc. of materials for production and sale of materials within a worksite.
Function Groups. Device function which, form a content point of view, belong together are grouped into function groups. All function groups which are implemented in a device are listed in a function group list: - speed function group 1; - position function group; - speed function group 2; - torque function group; - set-point generator function group; - factor function group.
Function Groups. (1) The AACC shall determine the function group in which the member of the contract staff is engaged on the basis of Article 80(2) of the CEOS.
(2) The Agency, or Agency entity in charge of human resources or an equivalent Agency’s entity shall draw up a job description to this end.
