FULL UNDERSTANDING, MODIFICATION AND WAIVER. A. This MOU sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein and any other prior or existing understandings or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety. Except as modified herein or as otherwise required by law, existing wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment set forth in the County Salary Ordinance and related resolutions and regulations shall continue in effect. The terms used in this MOU shall have the same meaning as like terms used in the County Salary Ordinance and related resolutions and regulations.
