Common use of Full Time Defined Clause in Contracts

Full Time Defined. A full-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist is one who is regularly scheduled to work at least eighty (80) hours within a bi-weekly period. For purposes of participation in group insurance benefits only, a Clinical Laboratory Scientist who is regularly scheduled to work at least sixty-four (64) hours within a bi-weekly period will be considered full-time.
