Common use of Full Time Defined Clause in Contracts

Full Time Defined. Full time employees shall be considered to be those who work at least 7 hours per day during the scheduled student days throughout the school year. Persons who work less than the 7 hours per day, but more than 3.5 hours per day shall receive benefits prorated. Persons working less than 3.5 hours shall not receive any insurance benefits as provided in Article 13, Section 3 of this agreement.
