Full Scale Exercise. The Subrecipient must participate in one Full-Scale Exercise. Measurement Methods:
a. The AAR-IP for the Subrecipient’s part of the exercise must be generated by the Subrecipient and a copy of the AAR-IP must be submitted to Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management.
Full Scale Exercise. The Jurisdiction must participate in one Full-Scale Exercise. The Statewide Earth Wind and Fire exercise will count as an Emergency Operations Center full scale exercise.
