Full Reporting Clause Samples
The Full Reporting clause requires one party to provide comprehensive and accurate information or updates to the other party regarding relevant matters under the agreement. In practice, this may involve regular submission of progress reports, financial statements, or disclosures about key activities or issues affecting the contract. By mandating thorough and timely communication, the clause ensures transparency and accountability, helping both parties stay informed and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes.
Full Reporting. The Contractor shall update their business systems and processes to collect and report data to MOSRC in compliance with the MOSRC Guide. The Contractor shall report data in MOSRC for FY18 (and each year thereafter) first-tier small business subcontracting transactions under the contract. Classified subcontracts shall be excluded from the reporting requirements. All Contractor systems shall be updated in order to provide the first FY18 report in November 2017 for October 2017 transactions.
Full Reporting. If you are in full compliance with the policy terms and conditions, including its reporting requirements, then we will provide coverage for the rental agreement(s) you enter into after your last report to us provided those new rental agreement(s) are properly reported to us in the next report when due. If you do not report to us timely, then we have the right to charge you a premium based on the last submitted report and to cancel your policy. We have the right to examine your books and records as they relate to this policy at any time during the policy period and up to one year thereafter. You shall cooperate and facilitate our access to your books and records.
