Full Performance Required; Survival of Warranties. All representations, warranties and covenants of Mortgagor contained in any loan application or made to Mortgagee in or in connection with the Guaranty or any of the Loan Documents or incorporated by reference in any of them, shall survive the execution and delivery of this Mortgage and shall remain continuing obligations, warranties and representations of Mortgagor so long as any portion of the obligations secured by this Mortgage remains outstanding.
