Full Performance Required; Survival of Warranties. All representations and warranties of Borrower in the Loan application or made in connection with the Loan shall survive the execution and delivery of the Documents and Borrower shall not perform any action, or permit any action to be performed, which would cause any of the warranties and representations of Borrower to become untrue in any manner, except for such actions as may be expressly permitted by the terms and conditions of this Instrument or any of the other Documents.
