Common use of Full Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Full Negotiation. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of this Agreement have been the subject of discussion and negotiation and, with particular reference to any exclusion Clauses set out herein, are fair and reasonable having regard to the circumstances as at the date of this Agreement.
