Common use of Full Force Clause in Contracts

Full Force. The undertakings in this Clause 9 shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the completion of the Global Offering and the matters and arrangements referred to or contemplated in this Agreement. 10 FURTHER UNDERTAKINGS‌ The Company undertakes to the Sole Sponsor, the Sole Global Coordinator, the Sole Bookrunner, the Sole Lead Manager and the Hong Kong Underwriter and each of them that it will, and the Controlling Shareholder shall (if applicable) and shall use his best endeavours procure the Company to:

Full Force. The undertakings in this Clause 9 shall remain in full force and effect for the periods specified in the respective Clauses, notwithstanding the completion of the Global Offering and the matters and arrangements referred to or contemplated in this Agreement. 10 FURTHER UNDERTAKINGS‌ The Company undertakes Covenantors undertake to the Sole Sponsor, the Sole Global Coordinator, the Sole Bookrunner, the Sole Lead Manager and the Hong Kong Underwriter Underwriters and each of them that it will, and the Controlling Shareholder shall (if applicable) and shall use his best endeavours will undertake to procure the Company to:
