Full Day Rate. 5.1.1.1.1. Effective until June 9, 2022, the substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay will be $217.31 plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of $13.04 for a total of $230.35.

Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.
Annual Percentage Rate Each Receivable has an APR of not more than 25.00%.
Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.
Accrual Rate Compensatory time for employees will accrue at the rate of one and one-half hours for each one hour of overtime worked.
