Common use of Full Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Full Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the validity, construction, enforceability or performance of this Agreement, including disputes relating to alleged breach or to termination of this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in the manner described in this Section 19.

Full Arbitration.
