Common use of Fuel Services Clause in Contracts

Fuel Services. Fleet Management provides fueling sites for county motor vehicles at several locations in Volusia County. The Supervisor of Elections as of the date of this Participation Agreement utilizes Fleet Management’s fueling sites for her motor vehicles. After the January 5, 2021, the Supervisor of Elections elects to continue utilizing Fleet Management’s fueling sites for her motor vehicles.
