Common use of FRUIT Clause in Contracts

FRUIT. Is the banana of the Cavendish variety (whether Gran Nain, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇), produced in the Productive Area that meets the size, quality and other specifications agreed upon by the parties, which are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. All the Fruit must be, at the moment of purchase, fresh, clean, without mistreatment, and have the thickness and age indicated in the respective harvest notification, in accordance with the norms and tolerances established in Exhibit B.
