Common use of Front-end expenses Clause in Contracts

Front-end expenses. The Issuers (or, in default, the Guarantor) shall on demand reimburse the Fiscal Agent and each other Agent for all expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses) properly incurred and documented in connection with its services hereunder (plus any applicable value added tax), other than such costs and expenses as are separately agreed to be reimbursed out of the fees payable under Clause 12.1 (Fees).

Front-end expenses. The Issuers (orIssuer, in default, failing whom the Guarantor) , shall on demand reimburse the Fiscal Agent and each other Agent for all expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses) properly incurred and documented in connection with its services hereunder (plus any applicable value added tax), other than such costs and expenses as are separately agreed to be reimbursed out of the fees payable under Clause 12.1 13.1 (Fees and Expenses – Fees).
