FRINGE BENEFITS PROGRAM. Any employee may continue his/her health insurance program during approved leave of absence, provided the employee makes full premium payments. The Board agrees to provide each member a description of the coverage under the Fringe Benefits Program. Employees who work less than six (6) hours per day may enroll in the plan as long as they make full payments or upon showing of insurability to the satisfaction of the Board. Any additional sum due by the employee will be made through payroll deductions. In accordance with the Oklahoma State Statutes Title 70 Section 26-105, Title 74 Section 1310.1, Title 70 Section 18-114.10.
