Fringe Clause Samples

The 'Fringe' clause defines the additional benefits or perks provided to employees beyond their regular salary or wages. These benefits can include items such as health insurance, retirement plan contributions, company cars, or other non-cash compensation. By specifying what constitutes fringe benefits and how they are administered, this clause ensures both employer and employee have a clear understanding of the total compensation package, reducing misunderstandings and potential disputes over entitlements.
Fringe. All of the Consultant’s overhead costs, including, but not limited to, costs of travel, training, and insurance coverage, are included within the costs listed within Exhibit DFee for Services.
Fringe. No supporting documentation is required to be attached to the NTIG Reimbursement Forms with respect to reported “Fringe” expenditures in order to receive reimbursement. The PERFORMING PARTY or subcontractor is expected to maintain signed time sheets that can serve to verify the fringe rate and the total, overall hours of staff time being directly billed to this Contract.
Fringe. Employees moving from twelve (12)-month positions to full-time status of less than twelve (12) months shall receive year-round employee and family health insurance and year-round life insurance. Other benefits shall be prorated based upon the number of months worked in their new position.
