Frequency of Use Clause Samples
The 'Frequency of Use' clause defines how often a particular right, service, or resource may be accessed or utilized under the agreement. Frequency of Use. Industry questionnaire, single data gathering, scheduled for 2014.
Frequency of Use a. A member can draw a maximum of fifteen (15) days their second year of service in the District.
b. A member can draw a maximum of twenty-five (25) days in years three (3) and four (4) of service.
c. A member can draw a maximum of fifty (50) days per year in years five (5) and over.
d. If a member has drawn and did not use the maximum number of days available, s/he still cannot draw again until another two (2) years of service are accumulated.
