Freezer Sample Clauses

The 'Freezer' clause establishes the right or obligation to temporarily suspend certain activities, obligations, or processes under a contract. In practice, this clause might allow one or both parties to pause performance of their duties due to specific events, such as regulatory investigations, legal proceedings, or unforeseen circumstances. By providing a formal mechanism to halt contractual obligations without breaching the agreement, the Freezer clause helps manage risk and uncertainty, ensuring that parties are not unfairly penalized during periods when performance is impractical or inadvisable.
