FREELANCING. Upon request by the SGCT-4835, the Employer agrees to consult the SGCT-4835 every three months on the matter of utilization of free-lancers and temporary employees. To this end, he will communicate every month, reports on the utilization of temporary employees of less than three (3) months and of freelancers.
