FREELANCING. Upon request by the Union, the Employer agrees to consult the Union every three months on the matter of utilization of free-lancers and temporary employees. To this end, he will communicate every month, reports on the utilization of temporary employees of less than three (3) months and of freelancers.
FREELANCING. An employee shall be free to engage in any activities outside of working hours providing such activity is not in direct competition or exploits the employee's connection with the newspaper or results in a conflict of interest, as determined by the Employer.
