FREE TIME. For the calculation of demurrage and despatch at Big Bend Terminal, each vessel listed on Attachment E shall be allowed a period of time, specified in days, hours and minutes, equal to the quantity of cargo loaded on board the vessel divided by one thousand, one hundred Tons (1,100). An additional two hours will be added to allowed Laytime when cleaning the non-self unloaders, including the “▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.” An additional four hours will be added to allowed Laytime when cleaning the self-unloaders (i.e., “▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇” and ▇▇▇▇▇ T”). The free time for each vessel not listed on Attachment E shall be agreed in advance of its arrival at Big Bend Terminal.
