Common use of Free Look Clause in Contracts

Free Look. Within 14 days after receiving the policy document, the Policyholder can cancel the Policy by w xxxxxx request to the Company, after reimbursing any costs incurred by the Company in assessing the risks for the Polic y , including but not limited to, any medical expenses incurred, in w hich case the premiums paid w ill be refunded to the SRS Account. If the policy document is sent by post, it is deemed to have been delivered and received in the ordinary course of the post 7 days after the date of posting.
