Common use of Fraudulent Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Use of Services. Customer is responsible for all charges -------------------------- attributable to Customer incurred respecting the Services, even if incurred as the result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Services, unless Level 3 has actual knowledge of the same and fails to notify Customer thereof.
