Fraud Prevention. 19.1 The Licensee will be expected to implement best practice in the area of fraud prevention and participate in industry meetings designed to raise awareness of the issues surrounding payment card fraud. The Licensee should pay particular attention to ‘card not present’ fraud, which is particularly associated with website and call centre transactions.
