Common use of Franchisee Clause in Contracts

Franchisee. s System shall provide for a minimum channel capacity of not less than seventy-five (75) channels on the effective date of this Agreement. In accordance with the requirements of the NYSPSC, the exercise of this Agreement shall include reasonable efforts in good faith to maximize the number of energized channels available to subscribers, subject to the rights and obligations granted and imposed by Federal law and regulation, and to the extent economically reasonable and commercially practicable, including Franchisee’s right to consider
