Common use of Framework Management Structure Clause in Contracts

Framework Management Structure. The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (“Framework Manager”) who shall: be exclusively available to the Authority and the Customer Portfolio; and have overall responsibility for the management of this Framework Agreement on behalf of the Supplier, and be suitably skilled and experienced, and have an appropriate level of seniority within the Supplier’s organisation, to carry out these roles. The Supplier shall also appoint: a suitably qualified deputy to act in the Framework Manager’s absence; the Supplier’s Representative; and such number of staff as is necessary to support the Framework Manager in its performance of his or her duties. The Supplier shall, on the request of the Authority, ensure that the Framework Manager is available for meetings with the Authority (including each of the meetings referred to in this Schedule 6) at times agreed by the Parties. The Parties will seek to agree a full supplier management framework for this Framework Agreement during implementation, and will include any templates that the Authority requires the Supplier to use for meeting agendas and pre-meeting and post-meeting actions.
