Framework Management Structure. 2.1. 1The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”), within five (5) working days of the Framework Commencement Date, who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence. The Supplier shall communicate any change in Framework Manager to the Authority, no less than one (1) month in advance of the planned change. 2.1. 2The Supplier shall put in place a structure to manage the Framework in accordance with Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators). 2.1. 3The Supplier shall manage this Framework Agreement by utilising the Authority’s tiered Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) approach as set out in Clause 2.2.3, which provides escalation routes and enables development of the key strategies at senior levels.
