FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE. 5.16 The Agency shall perform all its obligations under this Framework Agreement and all Call-Off Contracts entered into with Clients::  in accordance with the requirements of this Framework Agreement  in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Call-Off Contracts  in accordance with Good Industry Practice  with appropriately experienced, qualified and trained personnel with all due skill, care and diligence  in compliance with all applicable Laws, and  in compliance with all licences and authorisations.
