Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.
Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.
Negotiation Period Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or any alleged breach hereof, will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with this Section 7.11. If such a dispute, controversy or claim exists, the parties shall attempt for a 30-day period (the "Negotiation Period") from the date any party gives any one or more of the other parties notice (a "Dispute Notice") pursuant to this Section, to negotiate in good faith, a resolution of the dispute. The Dispute Notice shall set forth with specificity the basis of the dispute. During the Negotiation Period, representatives of each party involved in the dispute who have authority to settle the dispute shall meet at mutually convenient times and places and use their best efforts to resolve the dispute.
HSR Waiting Period If applicable, the waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have expired or been terminated without any adverse condition attached thereto.
week period If an employee fails to return at the end of the family care or medical leave, the CSU may require repayment of insurance premiums paid during the unpaid portion of the leave. The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.
HSR Act Waiting Period Any applicable HSR Act waiting period shall have expired or been terminated.
Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
Waiting Period All full-time employees who are actively working and have completed thirty (30) days service shall be enrolled for the coverages and benefits set forth in this Exhibit as a condition of employment.
Period 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2.
License Period The license granted hereunder shall be effective and terminate as of the dates specified in Schedule D attached hereto, unless sooner terminated or renewed in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
