FRAMEWORK PERIOD. 5.1. The framework agreement commenced on 1 July 2017 and will run for a period of four years until 30 June 2022.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 40.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by the Authority to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice. The Management Charges shall not be varied as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any deductions made under any Call Off Agreement. The Management Charges shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charges at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time. Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charges under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

The Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Agreement by the maximum period of two (2) years. The Framework Agreement expiry date shall be 5th September 2021. CCS reserves the right to terminate this Framework Agreement early by giving notice in writing to the Supplier.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.

  • Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.

  • Negotiation Period Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or any alleged breach hereof, will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with this Section 7.11. If such a dispute, controversy or claim exists, the parties shall attempt for a 30-day period (the "Negotiation Period") from the date any party gives any one or more of the other parties notice (a "Dispute Notice") pursuant to this Section, to negotiate in good faith, a resolution of the dispute. The Dispute Notice shall set forth with specificity the basis of the dispute. During the Negotiation Period, representatives of each party involved in the dispute who have authority to settle the dispute shall meet at mutually convenient times and places and use their best efforts to resolve the dispute.

  • HSR Waiting Period If applicable, the waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have expired or been terminated without any adverse condition attached thereto.

  • Waiting Period All full-time employees who are actively working and have completed thirty (30) days service shall be enrolled for the coverages and benefits set forth in this Exhibit as a condition of employment.

  • Period 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2.
