Common use of Fractional Rights and Fractional Common Shares Clause in Contracts

Fractional Rights and Fractional Common Shares. (a) The Corporation shall not be required to issue fractions of Rights or to distribute Right Certificates which evidence fractional Rights or to pay any amount to a holder of record of Rights Certificates in lieu of such fractional Rights.
