Fractional Month. Rent for any fractional month will be prorated and computed on a daily basis with each day’s rent equal to one-thirtieth (1/30) of the monthly Rent.
Fractional Month. If the Lease Term commences or ends on a day other than the first day of a calendar month, the Rent payable for such calendar month shall be the amount payable for a full month times a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days of the Lease Term during such month and the denominator of which is the total number of days in such month.
