Four – Candidate Pool Sample Clauses

The 'Four – Candidate Pool' clause defines the process and criteria for establishing and managing a group of potential candidates for a particular role or project. Typically, this clause outlines how candidates are sourced, evaluated, and maintained within the pool, and may specify requirements such as qualifications, background checks, or ongoing eligibility. Its core function is to ensure that there is a ready and vetted selection of candidates available, streamlining recruitment and reducing delays when a position needs to be filled.
