Common use of Foundation Models Framework Clause in Contracts

By accessing, prompting or otherwise using the Foundation Models Framework or the model accessed by the Foundation Models Framework, You agree to follow, and to maintain reasonable guardrails supporting, the Foundation Models Framework Acceptable Use Requirements. In addition, You agree to keep Adapters used by Your Covered Products compatible with the current release of the model accessed by the Foundation Models Framework. Failure to do so may result in Your Application being incompatible with the current release of the OS and subject to Section 6.8.
