Forward Planning. a. Forward planning is an important part of the professional duties of a teacher. Agreement should be reached in the frequency and format of planning, within the Authority guidelines. b. Time must be set aside for this purpose, particularly in the primary sector where specific reference to LNCT Agreement No. 31 should be made. c. Work involved in constructing the school/department plan should also be included.
