Common use of Forum Selection; Consent to Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Forum Selection; Consent to Jurisdiction. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be solely and exclusively resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California. The Parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of California and the United States District Courts of California and waive any objections or rights as to forum nonconvenience, lack of personal jurisdiction or similar grounds with respect to any dispute relating to this Agreement.
