Common use of Forms, etc Clause in Contracts

Forms, etc. Each Tax Indemnitee agrees to furnish to Lessee from time to time such duly executed and properly completed forms that may be necessary or appropriate in order to claim any reduction of or exemption from any withholding tax imposed by any taxing authority in respect of any payments otherwise required to be made by Lessee pursuant to the Operative Documents, which reduction or exemption may be available to such Tax Indemnitee.
