Common use of Formation Documents Clause in Contracts

Formation Documents. Each Borrower shall have delivered to Agent all documents evidencing the formation, organization, good standing and valid existence of such Borrower and Guarantor (to the extent such documents have been amended or modified since the original Closing Date).
