Common use of Formation and Name of Partnership Clause in Contracts

Formation and Name of Partnership. Pursuant to the provisions of the Act, the CORPORATION and HOLDINGS hereby enter into and form a limited partnership (the "Partnership") for the purposes hereinafter set forth. The Partnership shall conduct its business under the name "GEISMAR VINYLS LP" and such name shall be used at all times in connection with the Partnership's business and affairs.
