Common use of Formality Fees and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Formality Fees and Other Expenses. 11.1 The Pledgors shall be responsible for all fees and actual expenses in relation to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, legal fees, cost of production, stamp tax and any other taxes and expenses. If the Pledgee pays the relevant taxes as required by law, the Pledgors shall fully indemnify the Pledgee for the taxes and expenses paid by the Pledgee.
