Formality Fees and Other Expenses. 11.1 The Parties agree and confirm that the Pledgor shall bear any and all costs and actual expenses in relation to this Agreement, including without limitation any and all legal costs, production costs, stamp tax and any other taxes, costs and expenses arising from the performance of this Agreement by the Parties. If the Pledgee is required to pay the relevant taxes and expenses by the law, the Pledgor shall reimburse to the Pledgee in full the taxes and fees that have been paid by the Pledgee, unless the Pledgee agrees to bear all or part of such taxes and fees.
