Common use of Formal Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Formal Arbitration. 3.5.2.1 All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement not resolved pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.5.1 shall be finally settled under the American Arbitration Association Rules by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. In the event of any conflict between the AAA Rules and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern.
