Form of Reports. Each of the Reports must be in a form compatible with reporting requirements as specified under Section 115A of the Mining Act 1978 (WA) detailed in Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Reports on Mining Tenements or; the Schedule of Onshore Petroleum Exploration and production Requirements β 1991 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 (WA) as detailed in Guidelines to Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2015 and Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2015. The Reports required in accordance with this Agreement do not replace any requirements for statutory reporting under the Mining Act 1978 (WA) or any other relevant legislation. The Interim Report includes the following matters: drill hole location including azimuth and dip; summary drill logs; any interim results of the Project; and
