Reports and Plans. The reports specified in this Section 4 will be sent to Licensor’s payment and reporting contact identified in Section 18 (Notices) of the Patent & Technology License Agreement. If Licensor requests to have information submitted in a particular format, Licensee will use reasonable efforts to comply with such request.
Reports and Plans. 13.1 The Recipient must provide the reports and plans in accordance with the requirements set out in items 3.1 and 3.2 of Schedule 1 (The Project) and in a form and substance satisfactory to ARENA.
