Each Instruction, other than Oral Instructions, shall be transmitted by such secured or authenticated electro-mechanical means as Custodian shall make available to the Trust from time to time unless the Trust shall elect to transmit such Written Instruction in accordance with Subsections (a) through (c) of this Section.
