Form and Use of Seal Clause Samples

The 'Form and Use of Seal' clause defines the requirements and procedures for affixing a corporate or official seal to documents. It typically specifies what constitutes the official seal, who is authorized to use it, and under what circumstances it must be applied, such as on contracts, certificates, or other formal documents. By establishing clear guidelines for the seal's use, this clause helps ensure the authenticity and validity of important documents, reducing the risk of disputes over their legitimacy.
