Form and Transferability of Receipts. (a) Except as otherwise required by DTC, Receipts shall be evidenced by certificates engraved or printed or lithographed with steel-engraved borders and underlying tint in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A annexed to this Trust Agreement, with the appropriate insertions, modifications and omissions, as hereinafter provided.
