No Pre-Release Clause Samples

The No Pre-Release clause prohibits the distribution, disclosure, or use of certain information, products, or materials before a specified official release date. In practice, this means that parties are not allowed to share or make public any details or items covered by the agreement until the agreed-upon time, such as the launch of a new product or the announcement of confidential information. This clause is essential for maintaining control over sensitive information and ensuring that competitive advantages or marketing strategies are not undermined by premature exposure.
