Common use of Form and Dating; Book Entry Provisions Clause in Contracts

Form and Dating; Book Entry Provisions. (a) The (i) Initial Notes and the Trustee’s certificate of authentication with respect thereto and (ii) any Additional Notes and the Trustee’s certificate of authentication with respect thereto, in each case, shall be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A hereto (other than, with respect to any Additional Notes, changes related to the issue date, issue price and first interest payment date of such Additional Notes), which is incorporated in and forms a part of this Indenture. The Notes may have notations, legends or endorsements required by law, rule or usage to which the Issuer is subject. Each Note shall be dated the date of its authentication.
